Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a functional & technical liaison for the business to design and configure business capabilities and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Communication

  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills

Business Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of finance, supply chain (e.g., inventory, order, warehouse, logistics)
  • Immersion in core business functions, processes, and workflows for assigned areas

System & Process Design

  • Utilise structured analysis & design techniques to define scope/objectives
  • Develop functional & technical system/configuration specifications
  • Identify dependencies and translate process flows into business/technical requirements
  • Conduct gap analyses to document discrepancies between business needs & system capabilities

Testing & User Acceptance

  • Document testing requirements & scripts
  • Oversee testing execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and carry out user acceptance testing (UAT)

Projects & Roadmaps

  • Lead technological enhancements with dedicated project management
  • Maintain roadmaps for our core technology platforms
  • Beaufest analyst Epics, Features, User Stories, & Tasks for agile delivery projects
  • Recommend process improvements via technological solutions

Advanced Work Output

  • Produce high-quality work (specifications, process flows, mock-ups, wireframes)
    • Traverse complex technological & operational concepts
  • Apply statistical methods to identify operational improvement areas

Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst in:
    • Corporate systems supporting finance, accounting, FP&A, supply chain, manufacturing, people teams
  • 5+ years implementing new technology platforms
  • Preference: Experience with MS D365 or Oracle Fusion
  • Experience with OTC & P2P processes and market best practices
  • International operations: Preference for relevant experience
  • M&A Tech Integration: Plus
  • Public company: Experience is a plus

Business Domains

  • CRM & Service Agreement experience

Technical Systems

  • SaaS knowledge, including Oracle module installation
  • ERP Systems: Experience across Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.

Analytical Skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Technology
    • or relevant industry experience meeting the same standards
