Are you a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys turning business challenges into technology solutions?

We're partnering with an established organisation that's investing heavily in digital transformation and looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to its growing technology team.
This is a role where you'll have genuine influence. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand how teams operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver technology solutions that make everyday work more efficient.

The Role

You'll act as the bridge between the business and IT, ensuring systems continue to evolve to meet changing business needs.

Working across a modern Microsoft technology stack, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation
  • Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Automating business processes with Power Automate
  • Designing impactful dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI
  • Supporting and enhancing ERP and business-critical systems
  • Investigating system issues and identifying long-term solutions
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system releases and change initiatives
  • Creating clear documentation, process maps and user guides
  • Driving user adoption through training and ongoing support
  • Collaborating with technical teams and third-party suppliers to deliver new functionality
  • Supporting data quality, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with integrations across Microsoft technologies and wider business applications
