Business Systems Analyst

Belfast | £35,000-£45,000 | Excellent Career Progression

Are you passionate about improving business systems and delivering technology solutions that make a real difference?

We're recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join a well-established Northern Ireland organisation investing heavily in its IT function and business systems. Working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams, you'll analyse business processes, gather requirements and support the delivery of new applications and system improvements across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Work with internal teams and third-party software vendors
  • Support business system implementations and upgrades
  • Assist with testing, training and user adoption
  • Help deliver technology projects from concept through to deployment
