Business Systems Analyst
Location: Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon with hybrid working (2 days at headquarters, 3 days from home) and flexi core hours.
About the Role
Our Tech Delivery team has an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst specialising in three key platforms: Zendesk, Salsify, and Scurri.
You’ll be a curious problem-solver, translating business needs into practical system improvements and driving meaningful value. This hands-on role involves collaborating with stakeholders, delivering system enhancements, and ensuring changes deliver real-world benefits.
The Role
A highly collaborative position requiring expertise in system implementation, business analysis, change delivery, and continuous improvement to maximise the effectiveness of Ann Summers’ business systems.
- Own your chosen business systems (Zendesk, Salsify or Scurri), ensuring they are configured, maintained, and optimised to support organisational goals.
- Influence with impact—build strong user relationships, guide stakeholders, and provide best-practice support.
- Partner with colleagues to understand business needs, analyse requirements, and deliver effective system solutions.
- Assess impact of changes and support smooth implementation of system updates and workflows.
- Configure and validate system enhancements, including permissions, workflows, and process improvements, to boost efficiency and user experience.
- Execute testing strategies (functional and end-to-end) to ensure changes meet intended outcomes.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and maintain system stability and performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower colleagues in adopting new processes and tools.
- Ensure documentation and compliance for all system changes per governance standards.
- Innovate continuously by identifying ways to improve Processes, system capabilities, and business performance.
- Become a true brand ambassador, upholding Ann Summers’ core values at every step.

Key Skills & Requirements
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
✔ Experience working with enterprise or workflow-based systems, including Zendesk, Salsify, Scurri, or similar platforms.
✔ A strong grasp of Business Analysis, project delivery, change management, and ITIL/Service Management principles.
✔ An ability to build trust and influence across functions and collaborate effectively.
✔ A curious, analytical mindset with system testing and improvement experience.
✔ AI familiarity and a passion for continuous innovation.
✔ An affinity for our brand’s mission, products, and values.
