Do you thrive on bridging the gap between business and technology to drive real impact across enterprise systems? R&D Partners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance key enterprise platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving system performance and aligning technology solutions with business needs across multiple functions.
Working closely with teams across Finance, Quality, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain, you will gather requirements, support system improvements, and help ensure platforms meet both operational and regulatory expectations. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to system evolution within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify challenges, and define system requirements.
- Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and system improvement plans.
- Assist with the rollout and optimisation of features, workflows, and modules across core business systems.
- Oversee change management activities within quality systems, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
- Lead or support workshops, system demonstrations, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Provide user support through training, guidance, and documentation to encourage effective system use.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal users and third-party vendors or consultants.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better use of system capabilities.
- Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining compliant system documentation and processes.
- Support ongoing system administration tasks, including user access, onboarding, and general maintenance activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar position, ideally supporting ERP, QMS, or clinical platforms.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly within finance, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Exposure to quality management or document management systems is beneficial.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, document, and communicate requirements effectively.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and facilitating discussions across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with change control, system validation, and compliance processes.
- Understanding of complex organisational structures (e.g. multi-entity or multi-currency environments) is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
