Be-IT is working with a leading insurance business on a new product modernization initiative. We’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering a software Target Operating Model (TOM). This is a hybrid role combining business analysis, systems analysis, solution design, and delivery transformation.
You must be familiar with the mechanics of the insurance pricing process and systems as well as experience dealing with actuarial stakeholders. Knowledge of underwriting would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and document the software Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Translate high-level business concepts into clear, actionable solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams
- Support system integration and delivery across complex environments
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Analyst in complex delivery environments
- US insurance experience / exposure to ISO
- Experience within insurance, pricing, or underwriting platforms
- You are not expected to be a developer but have a good technical mindset and understanding
- Experience designing software-focused Target Operating Models (TOMs) is a must
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, delivery-focused environments
