About The Opportunity

What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Mapping workflows and system interactions using industry-standard notation (BPMN, UML)
- Liaising between business teams and technical delivery to ensure alignment and clarity
- Reviewing data quality and requirements to support informed decision-making
- Supporting the definition of functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and continuous optimisation

- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping and systems analysis
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including data quality assessment
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding system architecture
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels
The following experience would strengthen your application:
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or similar platforms)
- Understanding of APIs, microservices or distributed system architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automation principles
- Exposure to data pipelines and data quality frameworks
- Certification in business analysis or related methodologies
