The Impact You Will Have
The Strategic Management & Governance team acts as a dedicated technology partner, advancing DTCC’s business opportunities while providing leadership in leveraging new technologies. The Business Systems Analysis role specialises in the interface between Technology and business/product areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, documenting, and analysing business requirements
- Creating detailed project and process specifications
- Coordinating with cross-functional project teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Billing/Finance stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document functional requirements for ORMB enhancements and BAU changes
- Own functional design for ORMB pricing and billing capabilities, including:
- Fees, subscriptions, exchange rates
- Charging methodologies
- Setup/maintenance of Price Items (fee types), Pricing Parameters, Pricelists (per Product/Division), and Rate Schedules
- Define and support ORMB configuration and maintenance, including ongoing updates to fee/pricing configurations during BAU
- Oversee ORMB’s file-based interfaces and operational processes, including the Migration Data Set Import/Export functions
- Ensure compliance with ORMB standards and IT governance, including fee update approval processes
- Develop/test approaches, execute/validate releases covering:
- ORMB UI/configuration (Price List, Price Assignment, Rate Schedule, Entity Hierarchy)
- Support regression/UAT readiness by validating key billing flows, such as:
- Uploading transaction data
- Executing TFM (Transaction Fee Management) and Trial batch jobs
- Reconciling billable units/admin amounts against downstream reports
- Facilitate cross-team coordination, aligning release/regression scope and securing approvals
- Troubleshoot functional issues/data discrepancies in ORMB during BAU and release cycles:
- Document findings
- Drive resolutions with technical teams

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

- Deep ORMB functional expertise in:
- Pricing/billing setup (Price Items, Billable Charges, FX rates, Pricelists, Price Assignments, and Rate Schedules)
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into ORMB configurations and testable requirements
- Detail-oriented, data-literate, and proficient in reconciling outputs (e.g., billable units, amounts, GL reports)
- Experience with structured release/regression routines—clear on scope, alignment, and approval processes
- A versatile communicator bridging Finance and IT collaborative to drive decisions
- Proactive ownership mindset, anticipating downstream impacts, documenting decisions, and resolving issues independently
- Familiarity with operational interfaces (file-based integrations, batch workflows) and discipline for end-to-end validation
