Business Systems Engineer (ERP / MRP / CRM) Hiring at ePropelled?
This is not a typical ERP role—you’ll own and shape our Odoo environment across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, CRM, HR, IoT, and eCommerce, while driving real-world impact as we scale.

- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Reports to: Head of Finance, HR & IT

This is a high-impact, hands-on Business Systems Engineer role. You’ll:
- Lead ERP design and implementation to match engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations.
- Own the Odoo ecosystem—integrations, modules, and workflows—while shaping how a multinational scale-up operates.

Key Responsibilities
Odoo & System Management
• Own and enhance our Odoo ERP (MRP, inventory, purchasing, and finance modules). • Develop and optimize custom modules where needed, including Pyhton integrations.
API & System Integration
• Design and build API connections between Odoo and:
- HubSpot (CRM)
- HRMS & payroll systems
- Banking/financial platforms
- Shopify (eCommerce)
- IoT & engineering systems (CAD/PLM, etc.)
Automation & Process Improvement
• Improve business workflows and automate repetitive tasks across departments. • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and accurate reporting.
Stakeholder & Strategy
• Advise stakeholders on requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. • Handle fast-paced, evolving systems—you’ll help write the operational manual.
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Proven experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems. • Expertise in API design and implementation. • Proficiency in:
- Python
- PostgreSQL/SQL
- JavaScript (intermediate required) • Understanding of ERP/MRP in manufacturing or hardware environments. • Cross-functional collaboration (fulfilling business needs with technical solutions).

Desirable
• Custom Odoo module development experience. • Hands-on manufacturing, robotics, or hardware domain knowledge. • Familiarity with IoT, CAD, or PLM systems. • Cloud infrastructure or system architecture background. • Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
