Rennie House, Tring (HP23 4JX) with travel to other base locations required
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you an experienced business systems or applications specialist who enjoys being the go-to expert for a critical system?
Join our ICT team and play a vital role behind the scenes - enabling our colleagues to deliver outstanding, compassionate care every day.
As a Business Support Lead, you will act as the main point of contact for our rostering system, working closely with the People Systems Lead, Intelligent Workplace Manager, suppliers and People team. You'll also develop and support a network of Super Users, helping to embed best practice and improve system adoption.
What you will do
- Take ownership of our People systems, with an initial focus on the Allocate Rostering system.
- Provide expert day-to-day support, ensuring systems are reliable, well configured and easy to use.
- Act as the main point of contact with system suppliers, managing issues, upgrades and enhancements.
- Lead system testing, configuration changes and new feature rollouts.
- Develop and support a network of Allocate Super Users, enabling strong local support across teams.
- Create clear guidance, training materials and short how-to resources.
- Work closely with People teams and operational managers to understand requirements and improve processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working through system improvements and automation.
- Communicate system changes clearly and help embed best practice across the organisation.

What you will need
