About The Role

We are looking for a Tax Advisory Specialist to:

  • Build and sustain relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their challenges and anticipating evolving needs
  • Deliver elevated client satisfaction by managing risk effectively
  • Advise on complex tax legislation impacts for this client segment
  • Support a diverse client portfolio:
    • Family-owned companies
    • Private equity-backed groups
  • Provide expertise across:
    • Corporation Tax
    • Patent Box schemes
    • R&D tax credits
    • Company reorganisations
    • Transaction support

Ideal cultivation environment for proactive, talented tax advisors.


What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) and/or CTA (Chartered Tax Advisor), or equivalent qualifying experience
  • Proven experience working with medium-sized corporate clients (DCFT, PLCs, groups)
  • Technical tax expertise—demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality advice to scaling or specialist businesses
  • Client management experience:
    • Identify advisory opportunities
    • Build trust and deliver integrated tax services
  • Growth mindset—track record of winning work with new mid-market or private equity clients
