Role Purpose
Lead the design and governance of business and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions, provide architecture guidance across change initiatives, and assess the organisational impact of technology and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Apply enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices across business and technology change initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assess the business and operational impact of solutions to support successful adoption and delivery.
Requirements
We are seeking a hybrid architect who can bridge business strategy and technology delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business capabilities, processes, and operating models to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Experience within financial services, insurance, pensions, investment management, or consulting in regulated environments is highly desirable.

Technical Attributes
- Solution Architecture covering application, data, integration and cloud platforms
- Enterprise Architecture Governance and Standards
- Cloud (Ideally), Microsoft Azure and Modern Technology Architecture experience
- TOGAF, Agile and DevOps Delivery Practices preferable
Personal Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business and technology challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear architecture artefacts, presentations, decision papers, and visual models
