About the Role

We are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business.

Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you'll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.

Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base.

As a Business Trainee you will:

  • Build and develop relationships with customers
  • Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
  • Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
  • Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers.

  • Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you - good excel/google sheets skills

  • You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance

  • Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.

  • Familiar with lead management and performance

  • Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices

  • Ability to manage agent performance and growth

  • Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies

  • Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment

  • Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
