About the Role
We are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business.
Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you'll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.
Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base.
As a Business Trainee you will:
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
- Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
- Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice

Qualifications and requirements:

Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market

Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers.

Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you - good excel/google sheets skills
-
You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance
-
Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.

Familiar with lead management and performance

Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices

Ability to manage agent performance and growth

Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies

Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment

Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
-
Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities

Excellent organisational and communication skills
