About the Role
We are committed to delivering world-class operational delivery and end-to-end business transformation across the global BU Apps business (UC/CCaaS). This includes core operational execution as well as fundamental, large-scale change at an enterprise level.
Our approach upholds operational excellence, driving structured, results-oriented, best-practice transformation while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams at Vonage.
Why This Role Matters
This is a high-impact role at the core of our largest and most complex business transformation programs. We seek ambitious, hands-on transformation leads with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change programs that materially improve business performance.
Your responsibilities will span:
- Developing and executing strategic business cases with a strong commercial mindset
- Engaging senior executives on high-level priorities while rolling up sleeves for ground-level execution
- Driving measurable business outcomes and shaping our organization’s future

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, covering discovery, business case development, implementation, change management, and benefits realization across:
- People (talent, culture, and skills)
- Processes (optimisation, automation, and workflows)
- Systems (IT infrastructure and solutions)
- Product (innovation and enhancement)
- Cost-focused programs (efficiency, budget alignment)
- Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape, assess, and evolve business cases—ensuring every initiative delivers tangible value aligned with enterprise priorities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives and remove barriers to delivery.

- Drive business performance by:

Key Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- 6–8 years’ experience in:
- Business transformation
- Management consulting (preferably Big 4 or top-tier consulting)
- Large-scale change delivery, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Deep commercial and business acumen, including:
- The ability to interpret financials
- Build and challenge business cases
- Connect transformation outcomes directly to value creation and P&L improvement.
