About the job

As part of the Transform Together Consulting team you will lead impactful change primarily in the area of Data and AI by partnering with industry-leading companies to shape strategy and drive operational excellence. You will be working across organisational levels, depending on your comfort and experience, from SMEs to the C-Suite to help provide structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda. This typically involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilising a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. You will get real responsibility and accountability from the outset - you tell us how far you want to go; it's our job to get you there!

About You

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
  • Minimum of 4 years financial services experience, specifically Wealth, Asset Management, Investment and Insurance
  • Minimum of 6 years total professional experience
  • University degree in Business Management or Administration, Economics, Technology or Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Identifying, assessing and leading on the implementation of opportunities for operational performance improvement, automation and AI-enabled operations management to reduce cost, increase productivity, and enhance customer experience.
  • Managing data-driven diagnostics of operational performance to identify and prioritise delivery opportunities, including waste reduction, reword elimination and automation
  • Using process intelligence, AI-enabled tooling, and other delivery accelerators to drive end to end operational transparency, surface improvement opportunities, and measure outcomes against delivery targets
  • Ensuring alignment across stakeholders by using collaboration and delivery management tools to track progress, benefits, and risks
  • Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to baseline, measure, and demonstrate the value delivered
  • Contributing to delivery methods and tools, using data and AI to improve outcomes, performance, and transformation team efficiency
  • Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, shape delivery plans, and turn requirements into practical outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery from both a traditional and agile perspective
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A natural collaborative approach to your work, confident even amongst challenging stakeholder groups
  • A positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactive approach to your work, maintaining high-quality standards while embracing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery, automate routine activity, improve decision making, and increase transformation team efficiency is highly desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma or alternative problem-solving accreditations
  • Understanding and experience in utilising modern data analytics, governance and migration approaches
  • Experience managing post-merger integration in the Finance, Wealth or Asset Management sector
