🌟 Why join us

We believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we combine strategy, creativity, science, and technology to deliver meaningful impact for our clients. We work at the intersection of business and technology - using data-driven insights, human-centred design, and purposeful innovation to solve today’s most complex challenges and shape tomorrow’s outcomes.

Our Workforce & Organisation (W&O) capability places people at the centre of transformation. Within this, our Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA) team brings together experts in large-scale programme delivery, portfolio management, and organisational change.

🚀 The Role

We’re looking for a Managing Consultant with strong expertise in Programme & Portfolio Management to lead complex transformation initiatives and shape the future of programme delivery through innovation, automation, and advanced tooling. You will play a key role in driving delivery excellence while contributing to the growth of our P&CA capability.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders and suppliers
  • Manage client accounts and engagements, including budgets, resourcing, and commercial performance
  • Drive innovation in programme delivery through automation, tooling, and modern P3M practices
  • Contribute to the development of new offerings and delivery methodologies
  • Support and execute the Programme & Change practice strategy
  • Develop internal capability by coaching and mentoring junior consultants
  • Play an active role in business development, including bids, proposals, and client pitches

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
