🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to shape and deliver large-scale business transformation programmes while driving innovation in programme delivery through automation and advanced tooling.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes
- Own client engagements end-to-end (budget, resources, contracts, delivery)
- Enhance programme delivery using automation, AI, and advanced tools
- Build client relationships and drive business growth (~£1m revenue target)
- Develop new delivery approaches and propositions
- Lead and mentor teams, helping grow capability across the practice

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder and risk management
- Experience with Agile, P3M, and hybrid delivery models
- Knowledge of automation, AI, or RPA in programme environments
- Commercial mindset with proven client and revenue growth experience
- Proven experience (current/recent) working directly in a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is essential
➕ Nice to Have
- P3M certifications (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)
- Consulting experience or strong client-facing background
- Experience in proposition development and sales-to-delivery transition
- SC clearance (or eligibility)

Salary: £93,000 – £109,000 + 10 BONUS
