CTI (Cisalpina Tours International) with over 50 years of experience, is a leading Travel Management Company in the Business Travel sector. It is part of MSC Group, global leader in maritime transport and third-largest player in the cruise industry, with operations in 150 countries and over 150,000 employees worldwide.
In alignment with our ambitious international expansion, we are actively seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants to play a key role in contributing to its success, in Uxbridge, West London.
THE ROLE
As a Business Travel Consultant at CTI, you will be responsible for:
- Booking all aspects of Business Travel including flights, rail, hotel, car hire, and taxi reservations.
- Issuing tickets, handling possible changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Managing the entire inquiry process, from searching for various fares and travel options to presenting optimal solutions to the client.
- Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
- Overseeing each booking, ensuring client profile details are considered, travel policies are adhered to, and advising on necessary VISA requirements.
- Responding to emails and calls within the client's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Managing travel projects, ranging from individual reservations to large groups.
- Providing alternative options to clients within their travel policy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Practical, hands-on experience specifically with at least one of the following major Global Distribution Systems (GDS): AMADEUS, GALILEO, or SABRE.
- Confident and clear spoken and written English. Additional language skills are considered a plus.
- Proficiency in technology products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Outstanding geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering service excellence.

THE OFFER
We provide:
- Competitive salary based on your professional profile and experience, together with company benefits.
- Permanent contract, subject to an initial probationary period.
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Hybrid working model: flexibility to work from home 2 days per week and from our office 3 days per week.
