Business Travel Consultant
Required for this global TMC working on a high profile accounts.
They are looking for an experienced business travel consultant to work from home. Salaries between 26/31k plus great benefits. Business travel consultant experience and Sabre is a must. Hours ideally Saturday to Wednesday but they will consider Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
Business Travel Consultant Duties
- Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate Business travellers, looking after high profile accounts
- Act as the point of sale on all travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail and accommodation, utilizing Amadeus
- Provide consultative advice, solutions and recommendations. This includes conducting analysis and research on the best available fare/routing, and ensuring preferred air carrier and partners are recommended, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers agreed travel policy and requirements
- Ensure customer travel profiles are detailed and accurate, following internal compliance and regulatory requirements for all customers and locations supported
- Manage the booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone or via email or back office systems and servicing platforms.

Business Travel Consultant Skills Required

- Business travel consultant experience is a must
- Sabre GDS knowledge is a must
- Strong airfares knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service orientated
Additional Information
- 4 week training online
- Great benefits including an amazing pension, 25 days holidays, plus many more
- Shifts range from 8am to 6pm, 37.5 hours per week
