About the Role
As part of the Business Travel team, you will specialise in immigration for short-term travel, offering expert guidance to optimise our clients’ business travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Primary client point of contact for business travellers, delivering exceptional support and service
- Regular client communication: Updates on trip assessments, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Relationship building: Nurturing long-term partnerships to drive growth
- Immigration specialist:
- Advising on compliance with local and global immigration laws
- Partnering with the product team to maintain technically accurate and up-to-date immigration content
- Complex assessments: Reviewing visas, work permits, and compliance requirements for business trips
- Strategic collaboration: Helping clients implement immigration best practices to mitigate liability
- Market diversification: Identifying new business opportunities and analysing client needs
- Pursuing market trends: Evaluating competitor landscapes to uncover growth potential
- Thought leadership and advocacy: Supporting business development through proposals, marketing materials, and client engagement

Project Experience
As an immigration subject matter expert, you’ll contribute to initiatives such as:
- Business traveller technology implementations
- Data-driven business traveller analysis
- Governance support, including process mapping and policy drafting
- Marketing and client demonstrations
- Guiding a growth-oriented leadership team
