One for the real foodies. A premium food business, recognised with multiple taste awards, is entering a seriously exciting phase of growth and is now looking to appoint a Business Unit Head Out of Home to join their senior leadership team.

The Role
Reporting into the leadership team, you’ll take full ownership of the Out of Home channel, with responsibility for the full P&L. You’ll lead from the front in driving growth across Foodservice, Convenience, and Wholesale, building new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and unlocking new revenue streams.

- Proven commercial leader with strong ownership mindset
- Deep experience across OOH / Foodservice channels
- Comfortable operating at pace in a scaling business
- “Own it, drive it” mentality with a hands-on approach
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivery
- Evidence of creativity and success in winning new business

Location: Hybrid – circa 2 days per week in London HQ. Salary: Up to £85,000 plus benefits package (including equity)
