One for the real foodies. A premium food business, recognised with multiple taste awards, is entering a seriously exciting phase of growth and is now looking to appoint a Business Unit Head Out of Home to join their senior leadership team.

Already backed by a strong leadership group and a clear, ambitious growth plan, this is a business built on quality. Every product is carefully crafted using the finest ingredients, and it shows - consumers love the brand and keep coming back for more.

The Role

Reporting into the leadership team, you’ll take full ownership of the Out of Home channel, with responsibility for the full P&L. You’ll lead from the front in driving growth across Foodservice, Convenience, and Wholesale, building new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and unlocking new revenue streams.

Location: Hybrid – circa 2 days per week in London HQ. Salary: Up to £85,000 plus benefits package (including equity)
