About The Scotsman Group
Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality group, The Scotsman Group operates over 40 venues across Scotland—including bars, restaurants, hotels, and more.
The Role
As a busser, your responsibilities include:
- Collecting and washing glasses.
- Assisting with club-related domestic duties.
- Ensuring the floor and glass cleaning area remains tidy, hazard-free, and free of obstructions.
The Perfect Candidate
The ideal busser candidate should:
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Possess a friendly personality and enjoy working in a team within a social environment.
- Be available to work shifts, including evening and weekend shifts as required by business needs.
