We are currently in search of a Butler and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, coordinating logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property. Someone who is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless. Someone who will begin servicing the guest prior to their arrival up until the time they depart from the hotel. About you... Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About us...
