Salary £29,998.80 – £35,884.99 per year
Hours 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) + alternate Saturdays

A Part Sales Advisor role is the perfect fit if you thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy engaging with customers, and want to be part of a dedicated branch team.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the counter and over the phone.
- Understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Source the correct vehicle parts to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage orders smoothly.
- Daily operational assistance to ensure branch efficiency.

Key Requirements

No prior motor factor expertise required – energising training at our SDL Sales Academy covers all essentials.

Essential skills:
- Strong communication with customers.
- Ability to grasp systems quickly.
- Enthusiasm for cars/vehicles or sales advice roles.
- Calm, resilient attitude under pressure.
- Positive, dependable approach aligned with a team-first culture.

Helpful (but not mandatory):
- Familiarity with MAM or similar software.

📅 Working Hours
- 42.5 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, 7 am–6 pm
- Every other Saturday (5 hours)
- Daily 30-minute meal break
