We are seeking a Buyer to join our team. This role involves:
- Managing procurement activities
- Liaising with suppliers
- Coordinating project timelines
- Ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Ensuring cost-effective purchasing
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the smooth delivery of projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Procurement-related skills, including purchasing, supplier management, negotiation, and cost control
- Project coordination skills, such as timeline management, team collaboration, and documentation oversight
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Roofing, Cladding, or Construction sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges in procurement and project delivery
