About The Role
As a Buyer–Commodity Specialist II, you will manage material purchasing for reusable scopes, single‑sterile devices, and imaging devices across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll oversee supplier performance, maintain accurate purchase orders, support SAP/PFEP updates, and ensure materials are available to meet production needs.

What You Will Do
- Place and manage purchase orders; ensure accurate pricing and delivery dates
- Review shortages, expedite materials, and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor supplier performance and support supplier transitions
- Resolve invoice issues and review engineering changes
- Support SAP & PFEP systems and participate in supply chain improvement projects
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years purchasing/supply chain experience
- Intermediate SAP & Excel skills
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities

- Hybrid/onsite work; overtime and business travel as needed
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ISO/FDA compliance required
What Will Make You Successful
- Leverage my SAP/Excel expertise to ensure accurate, timely purchasing, maintain optimal inventory levels, and proactively resolve shortages to keep production running smoothly.
- Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance closely, and identify cost and quality improvements to drive value across multi-site operations.
- Apply analytical thinking and continuous improvement practices to manage MRP-driven demand, support PFEP processes, and contribute to supply chain efficiency and reliability.
