π Buyer - Electrical Home & Kitchen Appliances | Keplin Group Limited | Uxbridge, Hybrid
Keplin Group is hiring a Buyer to join our growing team at Blake House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge.
We're a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer goods business selling across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and D2C - with licensed partnerships including Disney and Bluey. This role sits at the heart of our product strategy: supporting sourcing from Far East suppliers, helping shape our electrical home and kitchen appliance range, and helping us stay ahead of what UK consumers want next. If you want a buying career that involves real supplier interaction, category ownership, and genuine input into what we sell, not just processing orders, then read on.
π The Role
Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll support and help manage the OEM sourcing and procurement of electrical home and kitchen appliances (e.g. kettles, toasters, air fryers, irons, and similar small domestic appliances). You'll help build supplier relationships across the Far East, support price and quality negotiations, and help ensure goods land on time. Some knowledge of Far East sourcing is desirable, and Mandarin language skills are a plus. Beyond sourcing, you'll work closely with the wider buying team to analyse market trends, spot product opportunities, manage purchase orders, and liaise with logistics to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Your work will contribute directly to Keplin's product portfolio and competitive position in the UK market.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
