Procurement Manager

Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a Procurement Manager you will contribute to this by acting as a trusted commercial and supply chain partner.
Your Role Will Involve
- Act as procurement single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned DNS bids, opportunities, and delivery activity.
- Lead or support sourcing events and obtain supplier quotations directly and/or via the wider central procurement function.
- Maintain bid/quote trackers and provide clear status reporting to bid teams and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding requests for third parties and ensure appropriate due diligence and governance are completed.
- Where required, put appropriate subcontract contractual cover in place, working with Commercial, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Support the creation and management of teaming agreements and other pre-contract arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key third parties and stakeholders across DNS, Sales, and Presales.
- Identify and mitigate procurement delivery risks (e.g., single points of failure, capacity constraints, lead times) and propose practical mitigations.
- Operate in accordance with relevant policy, security, and regulatory requirements (including handling of sensitive information and supplier NDAs).

Your Transferable Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management, with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working within defence and/or security environments (or similarly regulated contexts).
- Experience supporting bids/tenders and working at pace to meet commercial deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting across all levels within the business unit and with external suppliers.
You must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance for this position.
