Some people see Procurement as sourcing parts and managing suppliers. At Aston Martin, it's so much more than that.
Every decision made by our Procurement team helps shape the future of one of the world's most iconic luxury brands. From the components that power our next generation of vehicles to the services that support our wider business operations, procurement plays a critical role in bringing our products and ambitions to life.
We're growing our Indirect Procurement teams and would love to hear from experienced Buyers who are looking for their next challenge. Whether your background sits within logistics, facilities, marketing or other indirect categories, this is an opportunity to have genuine influence and visibility across the business.
For those with experience in logistics and facilities procurement in particular, there is an exciting opportunity to help drive value and innovation across key areas of our operations.
This is the kind of role where your work doesn't sit behind the scenes. You'll be collaborating with colleagues across Corporate Functions, helping ensure we have the right suppliers, the right partnerships and the right commercial strategies in place to deliver exceptional results.
You'll build strong supplier relationships, lead sourcing activities, negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to improve value, manage risk and support long-term business objectives. Most importantly, you'll play a key part in ensuring the products and services that support Aston Martin continue to reflect the quality, performance and innovation we're known for around the world.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, thinking strategically and finding solutions. You may already be working within automotive, aerospace, motorsport or another fast-paced manufacturing environment, but we're equally interested in the skills, mindset and experience you can bring.
You'll be naturally curious, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll enjoy working with people, influencing decisions and challenging the status quo when a better solution exists. Strong communication and negotiation skills are important, along with experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
A degree can be beneficial, but we're far more interested in the experience you've gained, the perspective you bring and the impact you've made throughout your career.
In return, you'll join a business where Procurement has a genuine voice and where you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and categories. You'll enjoy a hybrid working model, typically spending up to two days a week working from home, whilst benefiting from meaningful exposure to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
