As we continue to shape the future of our iconic brand, we're looking for two Buyers to join our Direct Procurement team in Gaydon. We have one permanent opportunity and one 12-month maternity cover position, offering the chance to play a key role in supporting the delivery of world-class vehicles and programmes that define the future of Aston Martin.
In these roles, you'll be responsible for sourcing the components, materials, and technologies that help bring our vehicles to life. Whether supporting Electrical, Powertrain, Body, Chassis, or other key commodity areas, your commercial expertise will directly influence the quality, innovation, and performance of the products we create.
- Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and wider cross-functional teams, you'll lead supplier sourcing activities, build strong strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of components throughout the product lifecycle.
- You'll negotiate commercial agreements, monitor supplier performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help mitigate supply chain risks in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

We're looking for procurement professionals with experience within a manufacturing environment. Whether your background is automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or another complex engineering sector, you'll bring strong commercial judgement, supplier management experience, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- You'll have the ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and confidently navigate commercial discussions.
- Alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you'll bring curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
