White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented, and likeminded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who you are

  • You will have a passion and enthusiasm for product and a keen interest in our product categories.
  • You’ll have the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment both in the office and from home.
  • It’s essential to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and you need to have amazing time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Primary objective of the job

As a BAA, you will be working alongside your colleagues to run the administration of the department and manage product ranges that are customer focused and align with White Stuff’s brand vision. With a keen eye for detail and accuracy you will be responsible for managing the developmental and production Critical Paths and ensuring deadlines are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
