Job Description
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about fashion? We're looking for a Buying Administration Assistant (BAA) to provide essential support to our Women's Buying team and help ensure products move smoothly from concept to customer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start or develop a career in Buying within a fast-paced retail environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating orders, managing samples, maintaining critical paths and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

- Supporting the Buying team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Raising and updating purchase orders and maintaining accurate system information.
- Monitoring the critical path and proactively chasing suppliers, samples and deliveries.
- Managing barcode labels and liaising with factories and logistics teams.
- Processing and organising fit, development, shoot and meeting samples.
- Attending fit meetings, documenting feedback and communicating updates to suppliers.
- Preparing samples and reports for weekly trade meetings and product sign-offs.
- Maintaining range imagery and product information.
- Responding to supplier and internal queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Design, Wholesale and Logistics.

What we are looking for
- Fashion related qualification (advantageous)
- A genuine passion for Shoes and fashion with a strong affinity for the brand.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
