You'll Be Successful In This Role If You Have
- Significant experience leading complex buying or category strategies within a retail or commercial environment
- Strong commercial judgement supported by customer insight and data-led decision making
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth, margin improvement and commercial performance
- Confidence influencing and negotiating at a senior level
- Experience developing high-performing teams and future talent
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
- The confidence to challenge thinking, drive change and influence decisions across the wider business
