I am partnering with a global leader in user-driven technology for the energy and data management sector. They are looking for a passionate Web Application Developer to join their innovative, growing team and help build cutting-edge products for data visualization and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

- Write clean, well-organized, and sustainable.NET code, creating new features and improving existing applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize deployed software to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Partner closely with product managers, testers, and operations staff to drive software innovation and document technical requirements.
- Champion excellent software development standards within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Essential Requirements
- Expert knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework, with a background in ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
- Solid experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven programming, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and multi-threaded/concurrent programming.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Bonus Points For
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, tools, and non-relational databases (especially Cassandra).
- Exposure to real-time data acquisition and industrial protocols.
- Frontend web development skills in HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, or TypeScript.
