Role: C++ Developer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a LLM C/ C++ Developer to work on a full-time basis. The engineer will work together on the definition, design, and delivery of new features with cross-functional teams. The company is developing the next generation of dialog agents for applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review code and solutions generated by an AI system to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Organize the development cycle by managing project priorities, specifying goals, and setting deadlines.
  • Use expertise in C/C++ programming to resolve difficult coding issues during AI validation.
  • Verify the accuracy, efficiency, and dependability of AI-generated code through validation.
  • Analyze team members' code and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high caliber of software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, ideally overseeing a group of software engineers.
  • In-depth knowledge of C/C++ programming languages and software development best practices.
  • Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies.
  • Proactive identification and contribution to public GitHub repositories needing improvement.
