Most people see an Aston Martin and admire the craftsmanship, performance and attention to detail.

What they don't see is the skilled team behind every vehicle, carefully assembling, fitting and refining each component to the exacting standards that define our brand.

This is one of those opportunities.

About the Role

As a Build Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing Aston Martin vehicles to life, working as part of a highly skilled manufacturing team responsible for vehicle assembly and component installation across various stages of the production process.

This is far more than an assembly role.

It's about precision, quality and pride in every task. You'll work to detailed manufacturing standards, ensuring every component is fitted correctly, every process is completed safely and every vehicle meets the exceptional levels of craftsmanship our customers expect.

Working on the production line, you'll use established processes and systems to support vehicle build activity while contributing to quality, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also play a key role in maintaining high housekeeping standards, supporting lean manufacturing activities and helping drive operational excellence across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
