About The Role
We are seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting a suite of critical business applications built on modern Microsoft technologies, including.NET 6 and.NET 8. You will work within a globally distributed development team, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders across multiple locations including the UK (London, Bromley, Camberley), Singapore, India, New York, and Chicago. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of essential enterprise systems. This is a hybrid role based in Bromley, requiring three days in the office each week, with the remaining days flexible for remote work.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in C# and .NET technologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications. Candidates should have a solid understanding of web services, API design, and front-end frameworks. Experience working within Agile environments and across multiple time zones is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team are essential. Familiarity with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2, along with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, NHibernate, or Dapper, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C# and the latest.NET frameworks, including.NET 6 and.NET 8.
- Support and optimize existing business-critical systems to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and other technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, deploying, and providing ongoing support for applications.
- Engage in technical discussions, contribute to solution design, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and database issues promptly and effectively.
- Work within a globally distributed team, managing priorities and communicating effectively across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and system capabilities.
