About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled C# .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications built on the latest Microsoft technologies, including.NET 6 and.NET 8. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting critical business systems, ensuring their stability, scalability, and performance. Working within a globally distributed team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple locations including the UK, Singapore, India, the United States, and beyond. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a supportive environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a C# .NET Developer with a strong portfolio of enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with.NET 6 and.NET 8, as well as .NET Core and.NET Framework 4.7+.
- Solid understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP protocols.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and Web API development.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (v2+) and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, NHibernate, or Dapper.
- Database experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2008+) and IBM DB2.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications utilizing C# and the latest .NET technologies.
- Support and optimize existing business-critical systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and database issues efficiently.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve development processes.
