Are you a seasoned C.NET Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges?

Our client is an established and highly successful technology company whose software is used by thousands of customers. They are investing heavily in their flagship platform and are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to help design, build and enhance large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.

This is a genuine opportunity to work on technically challenging software rather than simple websites or line-of-business applications. You'll be joining a highly capable development team where engineering quality, clean architecture and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the ongoing development of a sophisticated software platform, working across the full software development lifecycle. You'll be involved in designing new functionality, improving existing systems and solving complex technical problems while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
