An exciting opportunity for a C++ Software Engineer has arisen with a Fortune 100 organisation and global leader in EDA, based in Newcastle.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a C++ Software Engineer to develop and maintain the C++ codebase, and work on their build and regression system to test the code. You will also be implementing new features and be responsible for increasing the performance, stability, capacity, and capability of the software.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the C++ codebase
- Work on the build and regression system to test the code
- Implement new features
- Increase the performance, stability, capacity, and capability of the software
Requirements
- PhD in STEM subject OR MSc in STEM subject plus 4 years of industry experience
- Grade A* – B in A-level Mathematics
- Strong C++ development experience
- Desired: Qt
