C# Software Engineer (Colchester) – World-Class Metrology & Inspection Systems

An exciting opportunity exists for a C# Software Engineer with a global leader in world-class metrology equipment and inspection systems, based in Colchester.
About the Role
As a C# Software Engineer, you will be integral to the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of machine control software for inspection and testing systems. Working closely with on-site engineering and hardware teams, you will:
- Solve complex hardware-software interactions
- Develop innovative solutions for inspection technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of industry-leading systems

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Strong C# development skills with expertise in multi-threaded environments
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
