Platinum & Partners is retained by a well-established, high-performance proprietary trading firm β€” founded by alumni of some of the world's leading trading houses β€” to hire two C++ Software Engineers at mid and senior levels.


About the Firm

A globally active quantitative/systematic proprietary trading desk with sophisticated, low-latency technology at the core of its operations. Characterised by:

The Roles

Responsibilities include:

  • Building new market link connectivity
  • Driving latency reduction across mission-critical trading infrastructure
  • Implementing work that directly impacts the firm’s competitive edge

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Compensation:
    • Base: $120,000–$150,000
    • Bonus: Included

Senior

  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Compensation:
    • Base: $150,000–$220,000
    • Bonus: Included

Requirements

Essential

βœ” C++ experience gained specifically at:

  • Hedge funds
  • Prop trading firms
  • Market makers (General tech backgrounds will not be considered)
