Ryanair Group Cabin Crew Roles

About the Role

We are recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across all our global bases and would love for you to join us!

Assessment Days Date: 21 July 2026 You will be invited to attend following your application review.

This role invites you to start in the Autumn/Winter months, allowing the possibility to travel discounted to 250+ destinations across the Ryanair network. You’ll benefit from:

Responsibilities

Cabin Crew at Ryanair exceeds expectations in customer service and safety.

Key Expectations:

  • Complete a 6-week Cabin Crew training program, studying for a Cabin Crew Wings certification.
  • Pass periodic assessments culminating in in-flight practical exams. These include Supernumerary flights to ensure real-world proficiency.
  • Embrace an active, flexible culture—solving issues proactively while contributing to upsell targets and team success.
  • Prepare to operate in demanding hours: early (5 AM), late shifts, or extended duty shifts. This role requires adaptability and excitement for shift-based work!
  • Uphold strict safety standards—safety is our top priority.
  • Travel, interact with guests, and reflect our company ethos of friendliness, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Be able to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Be within the height range of 5’2” (157 cm) to 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Demonstrate swimming proficiency: 25 metres unaided, including assistance to others in an emergency.
  • Have a friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Be committed to adapting to a shift-based schedule.
  • Speak and write fluent English (successful completion in an English proficiency test is required).
  • Possess a passion for travel and meeting new people.
