Cabinetmaker – High-End Bespoke Furniture
Location: Rugby
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced Cabinetmaker for a specialist manufacturer of high-quality bespoke furniture based in Rugby.
This position requires an experienced craftsperson who can produce furniture to an exceptional standard and has strong knowledge of veneering and traditional cabinetmaking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing high-end bespoke furniture
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Producing cabinets, furniture and specialist joinery
- Cutting, assembling and finishing components
- Selecting and matching veneers
- Preparing, laying and finishing veneers
- Using hand tools and woodworking machinery
- Checking finished work against quality standards
- Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a cabinetmaker or high-level furniture maker
- Strong knowledge of veneering techniques
- Experience producing high-quality bespoke furniture
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
- A strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship

Salary: £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience
