CAD Engineer – Civils & Earthworks
📍 Midlands, UK | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Permanent

Our client is looking for a CAD Engineer to make their mark with a forward-thinking, technology-led civils and groundworks business. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual to join our growing team, supporting site operations and pre-construction with high-quality modelling and data.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing accurate and detailed 3D models for use on-site
- Creating take-offs and quantity reports to support estimating and procurement
- Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Tender teams to develop winning bids
- Contributing to early-stage project planning using the latest CAD and modelling software
- Supporting continuous improvement in our digital engineering capability
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, or similar modelling software
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and groundworks principles
- Ability to work closely with estimators, planners, and site teams
- Organised, driven and keen to contribute to a high-performing team
- Previous experience in a groundworks or civils environment is desirable
