Revit / CAD Technician – MEP
Location: Nottingham (NG6)

I'm currently working with a long-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Revit / CAD Technician to its growing team in Nottingham.
The Role
Working alongside experienced engineers and designers, you'll be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D MEP drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, supporting projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Create coordinated BIM models and technical drawings to support project delivery.
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design coordination.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM and Revit best practices.
- Manage project drawing information, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting project deadlines.

About You
- 1+ years' experience using Revit MEP within a Building Services consultancy or MEP contractor environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services.
- Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM coordination and collaborative project delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload and work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
- Experience using Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar BIM tools.
