We're exclusively partnering with an award-winning Hospitality Interior Design studio in London that's behind some of the world's most iconic hotels, restaurants, bars and beach clubs. With an exciting pipeline of international projects, they're looking to welcome a talented CAD Technician to their growing technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves technical detailing and thrives on turning creative concepts into accurate, buildable drawing packages. Working closely with the Interior Designers and Creative Directors, you'll play a key role in delivering high-end hospitality projects from design development through to construction.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages for luxury hospitality projects.
- Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings including plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and bespoke joinery details.
- Develop construction drawing packages that are fully coordinated and ready for site.
- Coordinate drawings with Interior Designers, FF&E Designers, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards.
- Resolve technical design queries throughout the construction phase.
- Attend project and site meetings when required, supporting the successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, version control and technical quality across multiple live projects.

Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience as a CAD Technician or Technical Designer within hospitality, commercial or high-end residential interiors.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills with the ability to produce detailed construction and technical drawing packages.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery and interior architecture.
- Experience coordinating drawings with consultants and contractors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
