CAD Technician - Manchester Office
As a CAD Technician in the Manchester office, you will support our teams to deliver a variety of exciting and interesting projects. We work across multiple sectors, using our design expertise to find innovative solutions for our clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum BTEC Level 3 / HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject
Essential
- Typically 5 or more years' experience in industry
- Use of CAD Software - Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation / Revit / Civil 3D
- Experience in any of the following; Structures, Drainage, Civils and Highways working in the Rail / Highways and Power and Energy Sectors.
- Ability to produce accurate and appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner
- Good communication skills

Desirable
- Experience in use of ProjectWise, Forma or other Common Data Environments
- EngTech or professional recognition with another institution.
- Experience or interest in Reinforced Concrete detailing.
- Experience or Interest in Digital development - Dynamo, Generative components, Python etc.
