Salary: Up to £36,000 (DOE)

📝 What Will You Be Doing?
- Produce CAD drawings and manuals of varying complexity, tailored to the needs of designers, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure all drawings and documentation meet high-quality standards with zero errors
- Manage multiple CAD drafting tasks, prioritising effectively based on urgency
- Create technical submittals and bid response documents as required by design teams
- Oversee document management within the design team
- Deliver work on time, adhering to deadlines and internal policies
- Contribute to peer review of other CAD technicians’ work to maintain error-free standards and consistency
- Maintain both the physical and software CAD environments within the office

🔍 What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a CAD environment for building layouts or construction projects
- GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in Office applications (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)
- Expertise in interpreting detailed customer drawings
- Excellent written and spoken English with outstanding communication skills
- Experience providing top-tier customer service and liaison

- Pass BS7858 Security Screening
- Full UK driving licence, holding no more than 6 penalty points
- Enhanced DBS clearance
