The Role
The Café Assistant will be essential in creating a smooth and enjoyable café experience for our guests. This role combines customer service, order processing, and general support for our food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities Include
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requests are captured.
- Preparation of hot and cold drinks including barista coffees.
- Delivering food and drinks to customers and clearing tables.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity and precision.
